I had a great stay at Liberty Central Saigon Centre Hotel. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. The rooms were clean and well-sized, though the towels left a bit to be desired. The staff were friendly and helpful, although there were a couple of hiccups with my check-in process.
